Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes, we are based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland but available all across Australia + worldwide [travel fees may be incurred]. If you have a project you think we'd be a great fit for - reach out via our contact form to discuss.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
Yes, unless otherwise specified, you’re welcome to use the photos for your social media and marketing materials. This includes platforms like Instagram, Facebook, websites, and general promotional content. Usage rights typically cover digital and standard marketing use. However, resale, redistribution, or use by third parties may require additional licensing or written permission. We do ask that you refrain from retouching or editing the original content.
What is your process for working with clients?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. We start with a quick consultation, either via call or messaging, to understand your goals, vision, and project requirements. This ensures we’re aligned before moving forward. Once you’re ready to proceed, your project is secured with a signed agreement and a deposit. This locks in your date and scope of work. On the scheduled date/s, we'll carry out the shoot or creative work based on our agreed plan, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. After the work is completed, the remaining balance is required to be paid before final deliverables are released. You’ll receive your final edited content in the agreed format, ready for use across your platforms. If you have any questions or need adjustments along the way, communication is always open.
